Our circle at THX Collective came together for “Dubai Survival Guide: Reading the Hidden Codes of Dubai Life,” a playful and creative exploration of the city through personal stories, rituals, and hidden corners. Armed with notebooks, magazines, stickers, and bursts of color, we each crafted our own survival guides: mapping the habits, places, and small discoveries that make Dubai feel like home.
The workshop became a space for storytelling, reflection, and connection. We shared seaside substitutes, morning routines, unexpected coincidences, and the subtle rhythms that shape daily life here. Some of us have wandered these streets for years, others had just begun to discover them, yet every guide offered fresh perspectives and new ways of seeing the city.
More than a workshop, it was a collaborative act of observation and imagination. Through conversation, creative mapping, and shared discovery, we celebrated Dubai’s quirks, surprises, and hidden codes, while strengthening the ties within our circle.
