T House

A Sculptural Contemporary Villa

T House is conceived as a contemporary villa that translates the sculptural language of abstract metal art into architectural form. The project explores how cutting, bending, and splicing techniques can inform spatial composition, resulting in a residence that balances expressive geometry with livable comfort.

Sculptural Mass and Architectural Expression

The villa reads as a singular monolithic block at first glance. However, surfaces that fracture in different directions and sliding volumes introduce a controlled tension, giving the structure a dynamic yet balanced presence. Deep niches and sharp façade openings recall the layered logic of metal plates, reinforcing the project's conceptual foundation.

A restrained palette of monochrome earth tones emphasizes the plastic quality of the form. As daylight moves across the broken surfaces, the perception of the building continuously shifts, creating an architecture that feels alive and responsive throughout the day.

Holistic Interior Language

The interior design continues the exterior's sculptural narrative through a unified surface approach. Walls, floors, and ceilings are treated within the same tonal family, simplifying the reading of the geometry and strengthening spatial continuity.

Materials such as micro-concrete, natural plaster, and matte metal details were carefully selected to express texture in a calm and cohesive manner. This limited material palette enhances the tactile experience while maintaining visual clarity.

Spatial organization avoids a strictly linear flow. Instead, movement through the house unfolds through controlled breaks and transitions. Wide openings and double-height volumes establish a softened continuity between interior and exterior spaces, supporting both visual connection and spatial depth.

Light, Depth, and Spatial Atmosphere

Natural light enters the villa from multiple orientations, animating surfaces and creating subtle shadow play throughout the day. These shifting light conditions reinforce the sculptural quality of the architecture while maintaining a warm and habitable atmosphere.

The contrast between the robust exterior shell and the calm, inviting interior defines the project's character. Through precise detailing and disciplined material use, T House achieves a timeless residential identity.

A Livable Sculptural Residence

By prioritizing spatial experience over formal excess, T House establishes a refined balance between artistic expression and human scale. The project transforms the rigidity associated with metal into a softened architectural language, resulting in a contemporary villa that is both sculptural and deeply livable.
